Citrus Hotel Eastbourne by Compass Hospitality

Breakfast was an adequate continental breakfast. Reception were very helpful and met all our needs including getting us blankets.

The bathroom was tiny, no hooks or anywhere to put things except on the toilet lid. Could have been cleaned more thoroughly!

Breakfast was nice

The hotel was really unhygienic. Dirty everywhere. The bathroom was honestly not nice. I know I paid little so I guess you get what you pay for.

The location was perfect for us, the room was clean and the bathroom, although basic, met our needs. 2 of us are coeliac and were very impressed with the choice at breakfast. The gentleman receptionist was helpful.

The decor and bathroom were a bit dated. The lift buttons, although safe, were disconcerting. The day receptionist gave us incorrect information about the time our parking permit ended on a Saturday, which caused some anxiety. However this was rectified when we checked with the gentleman receptionist.
