Citrus Hotel Eastbourne by Compass Hospitality

Location was perfect

Room ok for one night, but the lack of sockets, only two in entire room was pretty dreadful

Breakfast was good, bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly.

The stairs to reception were difficult for my wife who has mobility issues. The lift wasn't working properly, but at least it worked. The cleaner needs to look up when cleaning. The vent in the bathroom was filthy and there was a lot of dust on the clothes hanging tubes.

Staff were lovely..very clean..had a great time..perfect position....good breakfast. Although only continental...very comfy bed..

Only a very small thing..would be nice to have rail for towels .....and lift could be updated....

Friendly welcome, spacious room, large comfy bed, seafront location, helpful staff, nice continental buffet breakfast. Also, £2.50 parking for the day/night with special voucher to put in car window on arrival was a welcome bonus.

Windows in room needed a good clean on the outside, chandelier lights needed a good dust & bathroom could have done with a blind, showergel & shampoo looked as though it needed renewing. Outside of hotel entrance was not very inviting, but inside was very nice.

Great location. Large room with lots of windows. Good price.

Needs maintenance. Curtains falling off rail, double glazed windows don’t close easily or properly, sliding door to bathroom very dirty, problem with lift near room caused a thumping sound that went all day and night. Lift only cannot be taken downstairs from 3rd floor as button missing from panel. Problem at check in and staff member who checked us in was not particularly helpful. Other staff were great.

Very helpful staff and welcoming, also continental breakfast is very nice with a good choice
