Citrus Hotel Eastbourne by Compass Hospitality

Very friendly staff made us feel welcome. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom works well. breakfast is continental and fresh.

The hotel is in need of refurbishment. Curtains tatty and signs of wear and tear everywhere.

Location

The building is very old and lacks any real holiday atmosphere. The breakfast was very poor and not up to standard.

Exactly the room I was looking at having by seeing the room types via their photos! Comfortable beds, choice of bath or shower. Breakfast was nice from cereals, fresh fruit, pastries and yogurts, plus more. My daughter enjoyed her stay, the games room was a winner!

The condensed windows didn’t look to nice and had ants coming in from outside along with the opening of windows was little on a hot evening.

Location location location

Best western need to give inside and out a coat of paint and update the rooms. The cleaning staff whilst ok I did find used diabetic strips still with blood on beside our bed. The hotel looks old and tired and could be so much more
