Ascenseur pas aux normes , très vieux, des poils de chien au sol sur la moquette , les fenêtres vissées donc pas possible à ouvrir sans intervention de la devisseuse.

Great location, just on the seafront and in a quiet and nice part of town. Rooms were good and clean, with a functional bathroom.

Not very soundproof as we could hear a lot of the neighbouring rooms, especially late at night, but the hotel and location were generally quiet once other guests calmed down.

Not clear it was only a continental breakfast, nothing cooked or hot

Clean carpets in reception. There was an awful smell of damp

Location to town and seafront. Comfortable beds. Option to have breakfast.

Family room - window boarded up in twin room unable to look out. Room 310. One chair available perhaps additional chair or stool. Bedside lighting would be useful. Bathroom door needed two hands to slide open.

Cheap, clean and comfortable bed.

They have disabled access rooms but about 10 steps up to reception! They did warn us but it needs sorting. Disabled access room had three single beds that left no room for a disabled person to get around.

the location was great

the room was full of dust! run down and needs referb. the lift looks bad and needs to be cleaned and repainted. most of the buttons are missing, and there is a sign telling you they are safe and you can use them. no parking is included. it's £2.50 per day. if you check out you have to find alternative parking from 11am the day of check out. so if you want to stay you need to move your car, additional parking is close but it is not convenient to move vehicles. staff were very unprofessional and rude. no uniforms and staff looked scruffy. the room was too hot and we couldn't open the main window. the ones we could were not open enough to generate a breeze to cool the room. we ask for a second fan (we had a toddler so needed to cool the room for her) and got told maintenance would be up shortly. 30 minutes later we went down to reception and maintenance was still not on site and they went and got their fan from the office. breakfast is not worth being included it is just a cold buffet. and the member of staff working was so rushed off his feet we couldn't find a clean table to sit out. only one light switch by the door. no side lights by the bed nor plug sockets. won't be booking again, not worth the price.
