Excellent well located hotel with great amenities especially the 24hr shop. Shout out to my maid Dee who cleaned my room so well.

Really horrible The refrigerator did not work. Was told they would come in the morning to fix it and at 4:50 pm next day they had not come Finally they took it out and replaced it The food was spoiled but didn’t want to take responsibility for it At 5 pm came to make the bedroom after complaining The swimming pool was tiny and totally misrepresented by the pics of Hotels.com I had to call 10 times Hotels.com to be able to cancel the 3rd night I called yesterday and was told would call the hotel in the morning but at 5 pm nobody has called!!!

Kind, helpful staff to help with arrival. Note the car is actually just a few fridges but the beer is cold and cheap. You can sit outside and drink. Breakfast is top notch! The WiFi is superb. There are supermarkets really close. An Uber will set you back about 40€ (June 2019) into Plaza Mayor region. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend it.

Have stayed in this hotel three times now as its close to a client in Madrid. The staff are very good, particularly at breakfast. The hotel is clean and the main reception and dining areas are fine, although the bar is part of the restaurant not separate. The room is a good size and there hasn't been any issues with being too hot or cold. The bathroom has toiletries and good sized towels. There is free wifi. The breakfast was pretty good, nice coffee machine, cooked items, lovely fresh fruit and generally a good selection. There is an outdoor pool but due to the time of year I haven't used it. Taxis are fairly easy to get and there is a small town reasonably near by.

The hotel is quite and clean. The room was large and again smart and tidy. Very happy with these facilities. Breakfast in the morning was average. Reasonable amount on offer although eggs were not cooked enough. Main gripe was that the swimming pool was advertised as being open until September. However when we visited on the 23rd it had been closed a week. The weather though was 30 degrees so it would have been great and was one of the reasons we booked. Other issue is that we stayed on a Sunday and found it very difficult to get an evening meal anywhere. No where in the town was open and the hotel restaurant was closed too! Quite frustrating. It could have been a great stay close to Madrid but these things let it down.
