friendly staff, spacious rooms, nice kitchen amenities

logistics of the resort are inconvenient. The pool is only accessed by a car, there is no electricity at all along the way or by the pool entrance. Didn`t feel like a 'resort' at all rather just a chain hotel. 10 am check out is another downside compare to an industry standard 11 am. we didn't have electricity in half of our room and we could not pay for goods at the store bc of the credit card machine issue and were asked to come back later and pay!
