Property was cozy .. peaceful .. I didn’t want to leave …

The room was warm and cozy. We loved the whirlpool bath for two. The owners were incredibly nice and fun to talk to. The breakfasts were the best we've ever had at a B &B. You had a choice of 5 or 6 selections. All served with fresh fruit in season. The grounds were beautiful. A pond, a stream, a veggie garden and a chicken coop. Spectacular views of the mountains. The house was amazing. Extraordinarily restored from the 1840s.

Not a thing.

It was so quaint, like having our own little studio apartment. Very cozy. Our room had a lakeside view that was so serene.

The innkeepers were extraordinarily helpful, kind and knowledgeable about the area including the abundant wildlife on the property. They maintain a warm, comfortable environment where you could find company or solitude as you wish. Bill and Joe are very attentive and accommodating. The property is accessible to the Village of Warwick and surrounding area. The breakfasts are absolutely delicious and add a great value to the stay.

Joe and Bill were wonderful hosts! We loved the room, food and surrounding areas. The property was beautiful and well taken care of. We will be back!
