This was a lovely B&B with a really delicious and full service breakfast! The grounds are beautiful, the room was comfortable and the hosts were wonderfully welcoming. I was particularly fond of the rocking chairs on the porch. We booked here while attending a wedding nearby, and it was definitely an unexpected highlight of our trip!

This trip was booked out of the blue on short notice. Never stood at a B&B and wasnt sure this would be for us but I'll say this, Joe and Bill were absolutely the kindest and warmest staff and really made our short stay memorable. The pics on Hotels.com does not do justice, as this location is beautiful, especially the backyard and pond. For breakfast I had the banana pancakes and without being too dramatic, I can say this was the best breakfast I ever had anywhere away from home. I wish our stay was longer but we know now that we'll be regulars here especially living in Mt Vernon and only being about an Hr away. We came for the winery experience and left with the best bed and breakfast experience we could have hoped for. Can't wait to come back!
