"Great location, tired interior, frustrating"

Very close to the centre

They stopped the lift for 2 days and only told us the night before. My elderly parents were not able to handle the stairs to second floor so we had to relocate to another hotel. Despite promises of two nights refund I’m still waiting for the full amount. So far they’ve done two small amounts that barely account for one night, let alone inconvenience.
