All around a great place to stay very convenient 👌 price is right. Clean and comfortable we will be back.

The location is good. The check in process after hours was easy. The room appeared as advertised and the kitchen was adequately equipped.

The room was very musty, which was immediately apparant on opening the door. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and in the air conditioning unit (see photos). Both my partner and I are allergic to mold and were wheezing after an hour or so in the property. We alerted the property manager to this and asked to move to a different room: they visited the room, bleached the shower cubicle and reported that they could not see the mold, wishing us a nice stay. We had booked for four nights but ended up booking a different hotel and moving there after two nights as it was so unpleasant.

Beds were too soft with a bit of a divet in the middle.

There is a cat that lives in the building, he's super cute

The apartment was so DIRTY, mold in the bathroom, the kitchen utensils and equipment weren't washed and still had food on it!! The fans only worked on max setting or off, tv remote was dead. The plumber guy was SO rude when the plumbing clogged. None of the drains worked properly and would get backed up. The couch made me SO itchy. The fridge was super old and rusty. The floor was sticky

Easy to get around from here. Not right in the middle of everything but close enough to walk most places and far enough away to be quiet. Great staff and very clean. Lovely pool area with BBQ facilities and tables for eating from.

Good facilities, everything you need is available. The apartment is very clean. Walking distance to Esplanade, Lagoon and Aquarium. Bus stop in the street, central station is about 20 min walking distance. Supermarket 20 min walking. The pool is very nice. The house cat is adorable ... :-)

The apartment was spacious, all the necessities were there and everything was clean. The bathroom was a bit old, but everything worked well. The staff is friendly and the laundry on site is really useful. We checked in late and got all the information beforehand which was clear and easy to follow. The best part is probably the location, we walked everywhere and it felt like the whole city of Cairns is reachable within a 10/15 minute walk. Can totally recommend this property!

No elevator can be a bit tricky for getting the suitcases up, but it wasn’t a problem for us. If you’re there during staff hours, they will help you.
