Nice unit in good location as was short walk to Esplanade and surrounding area. Secure off street parking.

The pool area was very nice.

The website makes the rooms look lovely. However, the room I was in was in an extremely poor state of neglect. Upon arrival, I obtained my key and instructions to my room. The room number was incorrect on their welcome note. Eventually found my room. Two mornings later I am awoken by a man and lady entering my room at 8am. Apparently their computer system was incorrect and no-one was supposed to be in the room. It took them two days to address the matter which only occurred after I sent them an email asking them to explain. The room, is a disgrace, at a $153 per night. The shower base had missing tiles, the couch had an awful smell (urine). The air-conditioning didn't work. The kitchen tap and shower leaked incessantly. I did approach Sam - Management about these issues to which he had little or no response. I asked if he was aware of the room and the state of disrepair to which he replied I know all of the rooms. Highly disappointed. Poor management and very misleading website. Would not recommend.

This property was very well located—walking distance to the marina and a grocery store. Plenty of options for restaurants and shops in the area. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and cookware you need. The room was also very spacious.

You can tell the property needs updating, but you have everything you need.

Sehr gute Lage, man kann zufuß zur Promenade gehen. Es gibt eine Waschküche im Haus, jedoch nimmt sie nur Münzen (es gibt aber einen Laundromat der Karte nimmt nicht weit entfernt). Gut ausgestattete Küche.

Das Zimmer hat am Anfang etwas gestunken, der Geruch ging aber nach ein paar Minuten offenen Fenster wieder weg.

The price, space and facilities were very good. Off street parking behind a locked gate is a big plus. Booked a Studio Apartment and got a one bedroom apartment. Very nice.

No shampoo or hand towel provided. Should be highlighted in pre booking details as they are expected items. No TV viewable from bed was disappointing as we do like to rest and watch TV after a busy day out. Microwave needs replacement -appears to have rust in back.
