I went with my friend and found this place convenient . It has a private beach and the hotel is clean. Our room was quite roomy and it was cleaned everyday. It was very good and value for the money spent. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Bar staff, Staff on the reception and staff working in the dining area very helpful. We had a minor issue which we raised and it was dealt very professionally by the Guest Relationship Manager Nuha. The indoor heated swimming pool was very convenient. the staff catered for kids entertainment everyday and also for the grown ups. I enjoyed a bit of archery which was fun.

We went to the El Mouradi palm marina. We liked everything about the hotels and the animation team was great and make it ower vacation unforgettable

It was lovely hotel and the people are so good and nice and the animation time was amazing and we will come back again for sure

Najem was really friendly and bubbly. We booked three excursions through him. He always came over to us every day and chatted with us. Made the holiday fun and we had loads of activities to do thanks to Najem 😊

Reading some of the comments, I really wonder what is wrong with people. This is yet another of our holidays in Tunisia, and definitely not the last one. If some people say the staff were unfriendly or unhelpful, maybe it’s worth reflecting on their own behavior rather than blaming the employees. If you arrive and act arrogantly and treat the staff—who work extremely hard there—with disrespect, what do you expect? A simple smile and a polite request are enough, and everyone is more than willing to help. A great hotel, a very positive atmosphere, and incredibly helpful staff. The Christmas Eve dinner exceeded our expectations. The only downside was the weak Wi-Fi, which can be a bit inconvenient for those who, despite being on vacation, still need to work remotely. L'hôtel était très sympa avec les festivités de Noël, le personnel également était très chaleureux, la chambre était spacieuse clean et la literie était très confortable.
