Nice hotel very clean, room was beautiful, food had a variety and the staff is nice but the guy on the stool outside keeps saying be careful of animation team even though I find them lovely

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. All the staff were amazing and very helpful, always making sure we felt welcome and comfortable. The food was excellent – every day there was something different, and everything was delicious. The animation team truly stood out. They were so friendly and always took the time to talk with guests, which made the experience even more special. The evening entertainment was fun and interactive, and I absolutely loved the dance 💃💃 The hotel felt very secure, which gave great peace of mind throughout the stay. Overall, it was a fantastic holiday experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel has a great location, with the beach right in front, which was a big highlight of our stay. The New Year’s Eve party was amazing, the weather was perfect with sunshine all day, and the reception staff were helpful and welcoming. The indoor pool was also fine. However, there were several disappointing points. The internet connection was extremely poor, even at reception, and we often had to rely on a neighboring hotel’s network. Cleanliness was the main issue: the room was very dirty, especially the bathroom, floors were never properly cleaned, and carpeted rooms did not appear to be vacuumed regularly. The food selection was repetitive, and while some restaurant staff were friendly, this was mostly toward guests who spoke the same language or came from the same culture; otherwise, staff were often unfriendly and did not even smile. Additionally, around the hotel, people offering trips became rude as soon as we declined. Overall, the location and events were great, but cleanliness, service consistency, and basic facilities like Wi-Fi need serious improvement.

My stay at this hotel in Tunisia was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had while travelling. From the moment I arrived, everything felt chaotic and disorganized. The room looked nothing like the photos — it was old, dirty, and badly maintained. The bathroom had a horrible smell coming from the sink that made it hard to even use. What hurt the most was how some of the staff treated me. Their attitude was rude and dismissive, and I genuinely felt discriminated against because of my brown skin. No guest should ever have to experience that, especially in a place that’s supposed to make you feel welcome. The food was another big letdown. There was barely any variety — almost the same dishes recycled from lunch to dinner every single day. Vegetarians are completely ignored; there isn’t even a separate counter for them. The quality of the food didn’t make up for it either. During my stay, I even sent a complaint email hoping someone would care enough to respond, but there’s been complete silence since then. The response I saw to reviews online is the same copy-and-paste message — no real accountability or effort to fix issues. And don’t even get me started on the Wi-Fi — it’s an absolute joke! It barely worked the entire time. If I could give zero stars, I would. This hotel is nothing like what it promises, and I left feeling upset, disrespected, and completely disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Everything else was poor service , cleanliness and food offering.

A stay in a hotel that seems to have decided to grow old… without ever being renovated. The establishment gives the impression of having been abandoned to its fate: a blatant lack of maintenance, more than questionable cleanliness, and housekeeping that is clearly optional during the stay. The carpet seems to tell the story of previous guests, and the trash left in the corridors had plenty of time to settle in for several days, as if it were part of the décor. A special mention for the swimming pool: the lifeguard casually smoking in the entrance area offers an unforgettable olfactory experience. Smell of chlorine? No. Cold cigarette smoke. Original, but highly unpleasant. As for dining, the waiting time is endless, probably because some employees taste (or finish) the dishes before the guests. A new interpretation of the “short supply chain” concept. Overall, the staff is not particularly friendly, likely reflecting the general state of the hotel, and the bartender seems to have a very personal understanding of honesty… The only positive point: the Christmas decorations. They are well done… and almost make you forget everything else. Almost. It is impossible to rate this hotel below one star—fortunately for them. Because if the scale allowed it, the rating would be much lower, perfectly in line with the quality of the stay offered. Avoid it!!!!

The El Mouradi Palm Marina Hotel surprised us with its decor and beautiful garden. The hotel met our expectations in terms of cleanliness, food, and the incredibly great staff. Their kindness and concern for our well-being were an incredibly pleasant experience. We met a lot of wonderful people. I wholeheartedly recommend staying at this hotel. The food was plentiful and delicious, everyone will find something for themselves. There were evening entertainment and get-togethers in a pleasant atmosphere. There were many additional amenities, such as a spa where you can relax. We will always remember this hotel; it was a shame to leave and say goodbye. It was wonderful, and for us, it would have received one star.

Lovely place, food was delicious during the whole stay, stuff is friendly and helpful, only they need to pay more attention about the cleanliness in the communal areas. I can recommend it.
