El Mouradi Palm Marina

We stayed here in March 2026, as a party of 5 with our 2 children. From the moment we arrived the staff couldn’t be more helpful. We had 2 rooms booked and after being given the rooms we asked whether we could have 2 rooms closer together. No problem, Done straight away without question and Didn’t try to charge us extra like some hotels would have. We arrived quite late in the night and they still put food on for us at 11pm. Nothing special, potatoes and meat but a lot more than what I expected to have that late and more than I have received from other hotels. We came down the next morning and the hotel staff around the pool and bar are amazing. We didn’t have to move off the lounger and they kept us topped up with drinks every 30mins. It wasn’t on the menu but one of the younger staff was even making iced coffee for us. They are really friendly and a credit to the hotel. Again the staff in the restaurant are just as kind and friendly. They would keep a table for us and place flowers and petals on the table. Nothing was too much hassle for them. The food it self was very nice. We had pancakes most mornings for breakfast, they do pizza and beef stir fry amongst other dishes in the evening. The desserts are also very nice. With it being March we didn’t have a lot in the means of entertainment but we expected that out of season. We were happy to have a drink and watch the football in a he bar upstairs.!l. The staff in here would bring you drinks before you finished your last, amazing service. Kept us topped up with plates of nuts too. Overall an amazing experience and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Keep up the good work :-)

I had an amazing spa experience at this hotel. Chadha looked after me for the hammam and Radhia for all of the treatments that took around 3 hours. Her massage was sublime. A very professional experience.

We went as a group of 6, hotel was fantastic with great beach. Bar staff were great especially Sammy and Salah. We had fun with the animation team archery and darts in the morning and entertainment in the evening. Plenty of different food to eat. My only big disappointment was 6 of us booked to use the spa for a massage when we went to pay myself and partner were told we had to pay double for a different treatment. No mention when the lady selling spa treatments sold us the massage. But because we wouldn't pay more we couldn't have the massage as they said there was no room. Dont figure cause if we paid double we could. No apology nothing, infact she hid behind a wall when she saw me. It was a day ruined for us and cause of this we wouldn't go back to this hotel or recommend this hotel if you want to use the spa.

Good accommodation and great staff

It was spectacular very beautiful and warm place with an amazing garden and comfortable rooms I really appreciate the food and restaurant service and stuff were gentle as well

The Hotel is big and beach is connected with the hotel. The hotel has heated swimming pool to swim in the cold weather. Room was big.

The hotel is in urgent need of renovation, especially the floor carpets, which are very old and worn out. The hotel was mainly occupied by local guests, which affected the overall experience. Bath shower was broken, had to call someone to fix it. The restaurant service was disappointing. There was not enough food available, and the same items were served repeatedly. Long queues were common during meal times, making dining inconvenient and frustrating. In the room, the toilet and bathroom were separated, which was not practical. There were also insufficient power sockets to charge mobile phones and other devices. After four days of constant complaints, the hotel finally provided an extension lead, but this should have been available from the start. Overall, the facilities and services did not meet expectations, and significant improvements are needed to enhance guest comfort and satisfaction.

Spent a week at this hotel with 5 friends. Lovely hotel and the staff are brilliant but we want to give a special shout out to the entertainment team. Daly manef yosra kept us entertained every day with stuff like archery and darts and had us swinging out of the rafters every night. Can't thank these guys enough for a fantastic week
