Le personnel était correct et serviable . Pas de soucis Petit déjeuner correct et variée

La chambre été petite , une fuite dans les toilette et ça sentait que du p…. 407 Pour 5 étoile la nourriture été nulle . La viande est deg ,poulet aussi ,pas de bonne qualité . On a mangé que les salades et légumes .

We liked the view of the room it was majestic. The food was good too especially the pastry and the dessert was delicious.

Wifi wasn't good at our room. Expected better animation.

The Boys at both restaurant and the bar were amazing, just needing a wee smile to their faces . God food was terribly cold and tasteless, I got told by one of the manager to use a microwave , had to spend the rest of the days eating local fast food outside. Wouldn't go back sorry ...

The best hotel we had lot of fun the people are so good and friendly and the food it’s good and we will back for sure and we like the animation the most ❤️❤️

Bedroom was spacious and extra items in the bathroom were good (dental kit, for example, shower caps). The bed was comfortable and the chaise longue too. An armchair would have been preferable to the backless seat facing the TV, however. Reception were helpful and the reduced waiting staff on duty over the Eid weekend in the restaurant were friendly and pleasant, as were the kitchen staff who made crepes and omelettes, or served fresh orange juice. The outdoor terrace and garden courtyard at the front is a good place to sit and take in fresh air over a tea or coffee from the moorish cafe... I cannot comment on entertainment or other aspects of the hotel as I didn't experience these. Other reviews may give an insight therefore. Staff work hard to maintain good standards within and without the hotel.
