Hilton Mandalay

Took longer time to check-in due to other guests. Clean room and food is fair, but uncomfortable with many mosquitos in public bath room and public space. Suspect ticks on bed. Noisy tourist complaining at reception desk was really uncomfortable and disturbed many others. Other than this, all is acceptable.

the bathrooms are terrible. shower over bath tub, shower curtain stinks. Another room my family are in, their room shower doesn'e even work. They had to have baths! next morning we put in a plug in power point to iron the whole room lights gone off. We had to call in someone to come and fix the lights and power points. Badly in need of refurbishment. Hallways have a stale smell. They have oil burners in passage ways to try to cover the smell. Didn't work. My Aunt mentioned it and staff member agreed with my aunt. what you see on the website look so good. but the rooms are not in a good shape. The one we stayed were not for sure. Outside is nice.

Our first room was problematic (ac was all or nothing and fridge didn't work at all) but they did a good job of finding us a suitable room. Wifi is weak for a Hilton.

Hotel is renovating. the service is some uncomfortable. But have great breakfast room and variety menu. Room is nice, but there are some thing to fix for example the safe is unlock or the air-conditioner can't change the level(too cool).

We love the hotel and the staff. The pool is amazing althought I would add a bit of music in that area

部屋は広くてよても良かったです。王宮の向かいというロケーションが素晴らしく、早朝散歩に出るとご近所の人たちが皆お堀の脇を散歩していました。

建物はだいぶ古くなっていてエレベーターの表示が正確に出ていないので2回程乗り遅れた。また、電力供給が追いついていないので何回も落ちてしまう。これはマンダレーの街全体なので逆に楽しんで欲しい。ホテルスタッフと朝食はとても良かった。マンダレーに行くことがあれば間違いなく宿泊します。
