Hilton Mandalay

Hotel undergoing upgrading but the finished areas looks beautiful. Room with awesome view of Mandalay Hill.

Goed gelegen hotel. Blijkbaar pas vrij recent door Hilton overgenomen maar de staff doet enorm zijn best . Al loopt niet alles gesmeerd in het restaurant bijvoorbeeld. Lobby is heel mooi, kamers zijn gerieflijk en van alle comfort voorzien. Jammer genoeg geen aparte douche, enkel ligbad met gordijn. Zeer goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. Fietsen van het hotel zijn ter beschikking

The hotel was great as it recently went through some renovation. Loved the lobby and the rooms. The hotel breakfast could be improved with more selection.

Staff and service so good. Nice hotel. Overall very good

Room seriously need renovation

It should be half the price as it is being renovated. The reception is closed fand full of chairs wrapped in plastic. They are continually painting and it smells of resin. The air con is freezing and we can’t adjust it in the rooms. The restaurant is in part of the Mercedes showroom. The plumbing makes lots of creaking noises. Took 45 minutes to get a cocktail and the food was below average. asked them to calll a taxi to the airport and it took 40 mins, so allow your self plenty of time. We ate out except for the first night. really surprised Expedia has this as a top of the list Sponsored hotel. I trust Expedia’s recommendations. It should be stated the hotel is being renovated and not functioning properly, and the ho should not be charging full priced. Very disappointed and feel rippped off as there are a lot of cheap options In town.

Very disappointed & not in keeping with a Hilton standard hotel even though we paid Hilton prices. In your booking no mention of on going renovations taking place making it noisy & full of dust. Main entrance still under renovation so had to use function room entrance a distance from check in “ desk” ( not even a counter)Also paid the rate to include breakfast, but was informed by check in staff it wasn’t included. In room given bad view even though palace side empty. Bathtub & sink were chipped. Last time we will use your service. Agoda & Kalico needed had this problem!
