"I needed a short break by the sea, and this was perfect in that regard."

Convenient.. short walk to rail station and promenade… staff were friendly … room comfortable and clean.

Only drawback there were 53 steps to climb to get to my room … it would probably be prudent to advise the client of this when booking…

"Great for a 1 night stay, but..."

The room was very clean and comfortable with everything I needed for a 1 night stay. Staff were friendly and helpful and the prices at the bar were fantastic!

Breakfast was poor for veggies who don't want to eat sugary carbs for breakfast. There was really nothing except processed sliced cheese.

Location and family room layout were great. Staff were friendly. Clean and plenty of tea/coffee in room.

Carparking very tight, breakfast was continental a little basic in some areas but OK. It was a bit of a maze to get to the room especially with cases.

The location is central. And the bathroom was new and big

The stay was awful. The room was really really small (we stayed in the room 23), it was like a storage room with a beautiful view to the dumpsters, that to get there we had to travel a lot between narrow corridors. Since they had to put inside a babycot as requested in the booking, we barely had any space to move. In addition, the cleaning should be better (it was a lot of dust in the window, and there was still there the paper from the previous visitor. Absolutely awful
