Lovely hotel in the centre of Aberystwyth

A clean room with a comfortable bed. A good shower room. A good continental breakfast. Although small the room was well set out. The restaurant was good.

The staff were all fantastic especially the lady with her leg in plaster couldn't do enough for us

Rooms were spacious and clean. Person at breakfast was very friendly

Needs some TLC. Many fixtures in room broken. Ie shower rail, head board of bed, the curtains were paper thin so was awake from 4am with light shining through!!! Not all staff as friendly as the person who was attending to breakfast!

Location was great. Staff were lovely. Relaxed atmosphere. Room was lovely. I would stay again.

Breakfast started at 8am and not 7.30 am, which was a small issue with plans and timing for the day. Mattress was not comfortable for my personal preference.

Very good location, close to everything in Aberystwyth. The lady on reception was very welcoming and helpful. Room was very clean and the shower worked well. Considering hotel prices in Aberystwyth it’s very good value and I was surprised that I heard no noise from the bar on the ground floor at all.

The only let down was the continental breakfast which just seemed a bit half hearted and not well organised or presented. But that is not a big problem and I would still book again even without a breakfast.
