"Excellent location"

It’s located at the port, very close to the shuttle service to Maddalena Islands and boat tours. Also at night there’s a street market nearby, which makes this stay in Palau very interesting. Staff was always very sympathetic.

Breakfast is not very fresh and varied, juices are artificial and there’re only a few fruits. It wasn’t a problem for us, you can order (and pay) extra things à la carte (avocado toast, etc.)

Ein Rezeptionist war sehr freundlich

Krisenmanagement katastrophal, die Klimaanlage funtkionierte nicht, wir hatten eine Suite (sehr teuer) und mussten mitten in der Nacht in eine kleinere Suite übersiedeln, dort funktionierte sie wieder nicht. Keine Kommunikation, kein Entgegenkommen der Chefin, null Freundlichkeit, wir waren sehr enttäuscht vom Umgang mit Gästen!
