Het hotel ligt prachtig aan de haven. De medewerkers van de receptie zijn zeer gastvrij, en ook de dames van het ontbijt.

Het hotel is geen 4-sterren hotel: er is geen buitenruimte waar je kunt zitten, geen zwembad of iets dergelijks, en het ontbijt hebben we in andere 3- en 4-sterren hotels op Sardinië echt verser en uitgebreider gehad. De douche is echt veel te klein voor een 4-sterren hotel. We hebben een korte broek laten wassen die in dezelfde waszak weer schoon gewassen terug kwam dan waarin hij naar de wasserij werd gebracht. We begrijpen niet waarom het een boutique hotel genoemd wordt: die uitstraling en inrichting heeft het totaal niet. De mail die je een dag voor het vertrek krijgt of je als je tevreden bent toch echt de hoogste score wilt invullen op Booking.com vonden we dwingend en ongepast. Of je als je niet tevreden was het wilde melden, dan konden ze er wellicht nog iets aan doen. Nu, een grotere douche etc zou fijn en passend geweest zijn maar dat lossen ze niet even op. Kortom, de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding voor een 4-sterren hotel is niet in verhouding.

Het meest beviel ons de vriendelijkheid van het personeel en de topschoonmaakstersteam. Keurig in witte kleding, super vrolijk, vriendelijk en goed. Nog nooit zo’n schoonmaakteam in een hotel ervaren.

The location was excellent and the staff could not have been more helpful.

The shower is above the bath tub and water sprays all over the floor. The breakfast was very pastry heavy, there was not enough fresh vegetables.
