"Bad"

we checked in and went into our first room and it was disgusting. Lots of stains on the beds, used toilet paper with hair on it, the sink was broken so when it turned on it shot all the way to the bathroom door. The staff was also very short with us.

"Never again!"

Easy to the airport

It was really dirty. Dirty diaper in trash can of room when we entered and someone’s sweatshirt hanging in the bathroom. Carpet was not cleaned as there were gum wrappers on the carpet. Also only a few towels and very noisy AC. Sand on bed sheets! Breakfast area very cramped.

Close to the mall

Pool was shut down for health code violations. Elevator wasnt operating. Lights in room worked intermittently. Never cleaned our room.

"Wouldn’t Stay there again"

I booked this hotel online. Upon arrival, Thursday April 9th. The guy working the counter was excellent. The location is great. It’s right across the street from the South premium Outlet Mall. The exterior of the hotel looks great. When you walk in it’s great with many pictures of great Vegas influences. The room was okay. There was a sign in the bathroom that said, they clean the rooms daily, but house keeping never even made my bed nor were my towels changed and I stayed there for 4 nights. It was cheap, and so were the clients. Most nights walking out in the Parking Lot, I was worried about my safety. Also the safety of my car. It was pretty noisy between the night people, and the early morning people. Also hearing a TV through my wall all night. The Continental breakfast ends at 9:30am. That’s pretty early for Vegas. I wasn’t able to experience it. They have a small gym. The pool was closed, and I got locked out in the courtyard one night.

Thermometer detector was missing, shampoo dispenser was empty, the carpet was dingy, the door in the bathroom sticks
