Hotel Kamico

Nice, good hotel Great gardens and restaurant Staff is extremely friendly Will love to visit again Hotel is not new, needs some renovation, still, is very nice, roomy and beautiful Good old hotel approach!!!

I was booked here for a 16 night stay and was relocated after three nights, thankfully. The hotel has very much a motel feel and my room was directly off the car parking area. It did not feel terribly safe as a solo female guest. My room needed a lick of paint and the electrics definitely need attention. My shower was cold every morning, despite them "fixing" the problem. The choice at the included breakfast was very limited, but ok. Coffee was slow to be served. To top it all, the pool was closed for a refit. Perhaps this is the start of the make over the hotel is in need of...

It was just for one night, but it was comfortable

Awful room. Old and uncomfortable. Only 1 AC power supply output in the entire room. No hot water in bathroom

This hotel works fine for an overnight stay. It is fairly clean and comfortable. Good parking gated parking with security. Nothing special, including the food, restaurant and pool, but it's a fairly clean and comfortable place to stay overnight. We've stayed at a few hotels in Tapachula and this hotel would be our first choice. The hotel is supposed to have free wifi, but were were not able to access. This may have been caused by the heavy rains.

Staff spoke no English!, rooms were clean, the included breakfast was very limited!!!!

Was ok. Could have been better. Check in was chaos. Too many people at front desk however no one was there to greet me or check me in. WiFi in the room didn't work most of the time. Telephone was dead so I couldn't ask for a wake up call even less room service.

Narrow minded during an emergency. They cant solve any problems and are not willing to be helpful or bring any solutions to a problem

For years was a favorite.... unfortunately has become very old and really needs a major restoration. Also they need to work on the restaurant. the food is below average and same is the service. Location is good.

Enjoyed tgis hotel very much. When we arrived we arrived very late and were placed in a room not like tge one mentioned in my reservation. Early tge next morning, we asked to be moved and were given two options. The move was well worth it. The do not disturb sign on the door means nothing, as they do clean your room every day even when asked not to.
