Hotel Kamico

A good place to stay , clean and comfortable

Muy sucio , descuidado, el personal no atiende nada bien , no usan mascarilla

El hotel esta sin ningún mantenimiento tenia una largatija en la cama, eso después que me dieron un upgrade porque la primera habitación estaba tomada por la humedad .

Los cuartos se ven viejos, varias luces y contactos no funcionan. EL BAÑO NO TIENE AGUA CALIENTE.

Habia cucarachas, las camas muy duras, el aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido. Pero en general bien, ya que por la zona hay hoteles peores...lo recomiendo por encima de otros hoteles que manejan el mismo precio

It is spacious with lots of trees, plants and the birds they attract. Thus one will not hear much but the sound of nature - of the the birds singing and the wind blowing, unlike in the center which is filled with the sound of hustle and bustle of survival. Unfortunately, some of the staff shouldn't really get their position of working there to get into to them so much that they become overbearing with power they think they are more powerful than the paying guests. But this is really a minority as the majority of the staff is typical of hospitable Mexican that pleasing a visitor brings them the same joy they bring to their guests. But my stay was from Dec. 02 to Dec. 9.

Friendly staff. Pool was clean Roos were clean

Hotel staff was very friendly and ammenities were very enjoayable.

Hotel informed us that breakfast was included only the first day as a courtesy not the following nights. Amenities, policies and pricing has to be clear and people be nice and informed about them.

Over all good service and cleanliness. Staff is generally friendly and ready to answer queries from costumers and provide assistance with information. The hotel provides a relaxing environment. The menu is limited and the bar services is poor. bar stock on wines is very limited.
