I use to be a regular guest of this hotel. At least 3 times a year I did stay there with my family, In October last year I stay for 4 days. Left my 600 dollars watch in the room and as soon I check the GPS in it I call the manager of the hotel to keep it safe until I could send for it, There was no doubt I left it in the room. The manager told me that she will call in a few hours to let me know if housekeeping found it or not. She never calls me back so I call the following day. But that time the GPS on my watch was turned off. So when the manager finally answer my call told me that the watch was not in the room. Is very sad that a hotel is willing to lose a customer over a watch that obviously was stolen for a staff member bat what is even worst is that the hotel manager doesn't care.

Me encantan las instalaciones, son areas verdes grandes. La atención de el personal magnífica. Algo descuidado y la ropa de cama ya deberia renovarse. Los costos muy buenos. La zona en la que se ubica es excelente.

Tuvimos una cucaracha muerta en el baño Sus jardines son muy bonitos

Buen cuarto muy comodo y limpio, servicio de limpieza todos los dias. Unico detalle seria la cortina de baño era muy corta y el agua de la regadera mojaba todo el piso del baño
