Internet pésimo y muy muy poco personal habia 2 meseros en el desayuno del domingo atendiendo cerca de 100 personas fatal , pagamos el buffet y se terminó la comida muy rápido apenas nos servimos un plato chico

No había agua caliente, nunca informaron sino hasta que nosotros llamamos. En el desayuno no habían cubiertos limpios, nosotros pagamos adicional por el buffet un día y no había suficiente comida, el segundo día comimos el desayuno incluído y muy pobre. La verdad no hay relación del precio con el hotel. Deben mejorar mucho las instrucciones y tiene mucho migrante en las instrucciones.

Pesimo servicio por parte de los meseros del restaurante, y un señor q da acceso al estacionamiento, siempre de malas, las habitaciones algo viejas y los climas pufff viejos ruidosos y cae mucha agua. Se reporto y dijeron q no podian darnos otra habitación. Y un dia no se pudo tener acceso a la alberca x q tenian un evento de cumpleaños. No recomiendo a este hotel.
