The hotel is very and and poorly maintained. I found a cockroach in my room. The swimming pol and garden are ok tho.

"It's a toilet, not a hotel"

This is one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The receptionist had no clue. The rooms are super dirty. Water cuts off from time to time. Linens and towels are so dirty. The whole room smells bad. This is not a hotel. It's a toilet . Can't believe they can stay open as a hotel

Las almohadas son viejas e incomodas. No hay agua caliente, retiraron las secadoras de pelo. El desayuno no es bufet.

Detallotes: - Fallas en la llave de la puerta - Nunca tiene cambio (en recepción o en restaurant) - En el restaurant te atienden cuando quieren - El buffet deficiente - El desayuno gratis por la habitación es solamente huevos - No todas las habitaciones tienen agua caliente (las que sí están bien al fondo del hotel) - Encontré una cucaracha en el baño de la habitación NO VUELVO A REGRESAR A ESTE HOTEL
