El wifi en la habitación nunca se pudo conectar,la habitación estaba muy descuidada.

Honestamente el personal de noche cuando llegas no es muy amable, nos tocó una habitación con un a/a defectuoso, el baño reducido y en un estado muy viejo y descuidado, te ofrecen el desayuno que son huevos naturales y café … pienso que deberían mejorar el área del restaurante se ve como con machas de humedad Colchones súper duros y almohadas pequeñitas… no me volvería a hospedar ahí.

Necesitan fumigar urgentemente. Hay muchos insectos en la habitación

I reserved the room after a 14 hour trip in the car. After having that long of a drive, all I wanted was to take a shower and go to bed. When we arrived at the hotel we were told there is no hot water. If it wouldn’t have been past 10 pm and my reservation was non refundable, there wasn’t really much I could do. When I got in the room, the TV at first I thought didn’t work, but after looking behind the armoire it was unplugged. So I had to move this massive piece of furniture in order to reach the cord. And two out of the 3 lamps did t work, one wouldn’t power on at all and the other the light bulb flickered so much that I just powered it off. Probably the worst experience I have ever had from a hotel, will not be staying there again and will never book through Orbitz again since they consider this acceptable in a hotel room.

No tienen agua caliente

el hotel muy bien, pero se fue la luz en la noche en el segundo día de estancia, y pasamos una noche muy mala sin clima, sin televisión y con mucho calor. es increíble que no tengan una planta de luz para estas eventualidades

Nice rooms. Really helpful and friendly staff. And off street parking with security guard

Lo que no me gustó es que no hay agua caliente para bañarse y una noche completa no hubo agua
