Comfortable stay at this very well located hotel bang on baga beach. Hotel layout is very nice with 2 storied cottages spread out in a spacious manner. Staff is courteous and helpful. Food has scope to improve but is not a deal breaker

Had a lovely 3 weeks in a suite overlooking the pool. Staff were first class especially those in reception.

Rooms we had were shabby, bathrooms need refurbing. There is a damp problem. Hotels.com should visit to check it out rather than give false info to clients.

Arrived to find ourselves allocated a room which was grubby with rising damp and damaged furniture (block 15). Then got moved to a room which appeared to have an underground spring (block 16) - spent a night in the damp and musty room to finally be moved to block 12 which was nothing more than average. Hotel is overpriced and needs some serious attention - would also suggest that the Reception staff are honest and do not try to treat guests like idiots!. Was advised by the hotel manager that the description you provided on your website is not accurate and there are no sea view rooms - suggest that someone gets their act together! Avoid the New Year Gala dinner - its a rip off - go to the beach instead! Location is excellent, cleaning staff helpful and doing the best job they can. Not sure whether the numerous rude Russian guests got better treatment but then who cares?! Baga is excellent but save your money and go elsewhere to stay!

Hotel is very close to the beach, close to other eating places but still in a nice quiet lane. However there was some repair work going on close to our room which was a bit disturbing. Overal experience was good

no newspapers at your door, no adapters for chargers from different continents, poor breakfast spread...bath door didnt open completely and one had to squeeze oneself in....

Location Excellent..But felt like living in a slum..

Great location...great property with Villas covering 100 odd suites. The rooms are spacious with a sitting area and balcony. Food was good, though there is scope for improvement in the buffet breakfast.

Sauberes Hotel in guter Lage, sehr nah am Strand, allerdings insgesamt mit ca. 60€ pro Nacht Ende März etwas teuer für die Hotelklasse. Pool sauber und neu renoviert. Personal insgesamt freundlich. Negativ war, dass kein Internet im Zimmer verfügbar war - lediglich freies WLAN in der Lobby. Das Frühstück war zudem nicht besonders abwechslungsreich und breit.

I found the hotel over all to be good,neat and having a super location.Its situated very close to Baga Beach and food was also good so as service.I would like to visit again as well. However I had few concerns. The check in time was 1 PM and check out time was 11 PM (next day) but as far as I knew that it should be 12 PM-12PM or something which have complete 24 hours. Anyways the same was not informed to me through the website (Expedia.com) which I used to book the hotel. The Email for booking says that 12 PM was check in. I had to wait almost 1 and half hour in hotel to get the room even after reaching after 1(as per the check time by hotel).
