Overall amazing trip ! The staff were lovely and friendly and made the experience very enjoyable. The hotel has a great atmosphere and is very close to the beach.

Lovely hotel and staff , my first solo trip so didn’t know what to expect but everyone was super lovely ! The entertainment team made everyone feel relax and engaged in all activities , highly recommend!

Nice hotel,great staff but the food wasn't the best to be fare,the rooms were clean with the staff coming every day with new towels and everything.Apart from that we loved it

Really good hotel with lovely staff the lifeguard Adel was really helpful throughout our trip when my partner was sunburnt taking care of her and helping with seating , the event staff was also so welcoming and really made you feel at home

The hotel looks stunning, couldnt get a sunbed, entertainment was rubbish, most of the staff were really friendly, we didn't know there was a restbite/ care home in the hotel, food was disgusting, they don't cater for the English at all, Room we first had was filthy, dirty mattresses, bathroom and toilet dirty, stained towels and bedding, we complained and got a better one which was OK, but nothing spectacular, although it was big enough for 4 of us, and we had a balcony. The private beach was beautiful and so was the food, plenty of sunbeds for everyone, which is a 5 minute walk, or you can get the tut tut that takes you down and back again. Saw alot of jelly fish on the beach

Just returned after a fabulous week here 🌞 all of the staff were amazing 👏🏼 need to give a special mention to Adel the lifeguard who kept pool area safe and clean, he also treated/dressed my injured toe and checked on me every day even getting me some antiseptic cream 🙏🏻 Lasso in the restaurant who made every meal special decorating our table and meeting all our needs 😍Willy from the animation team who greeted us every morning and made our stay very enjoyable 🥰 My only criticism would be could all announcements and games be delivered in English ( not just French) ,better air conditioning in the rooms and some fans in the entertainment tent 😀

A nice, clean hotel with fantastic staff. Friendly and so helpful. Food was very good especially the mloukhya (speciality black stew) with enough choice so you wont go hungry. Rooms are quite large and absolutely fine. My only gripe would be the spa and gym area. The spa has very much a business feel than a chill vibe. We booked a couple of hour long massages each. First time l felt the massage wasnt as long as an hour but there are no clocks so difficult to gauge. Second time l took my phone. Hour long massage lasted 40 minutes. Not good. If l stayed here again l would do spa/hammam etc externally. We did that in Morocco through Getyourguide and it was fab. The gym. Has 4 sets of dumbells, 3kg is the max. Aircon doesnt work and some machines broken. Keep away from these two areas and it will be great.

Ein ganz besonderes Highlight war jedoch die exzellente Küche und der stilvolle Restaurantbereich. Jedes Gericht war ein kulinarischer Hochgenuss – frisch zubereitet, abwechslungsreich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail angerichtet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Maître d’hôtel, Herrn Semi. Er ist nicht nur ein herausragender Gastgeber mit großer Fachkompetenz, sondern auch ein überaus freundlicher und zuvorkommender Mensch. Mit seiner herzlichen Art und seinem Engagement trägt er maßgeblich zur besonderen Atmosphäre des Hauses bei und macht jedes Essen zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und empfehlen dieses Hotel mit voller Überzeugung weiter!
