Good location, in the middle of the old town. Rooms are built in the cave, however, all very clean and with modern equipment. Air conditioning worked just perfect to cool you down during hot summer days.

Bed width was a bit to small, you had to be careful while rolling over on the other side:)

Great location, in cave feel and aesthetics were wonderful

The man the works the front desk in the afternoons could not have been less helpful. His female counterpart in the mornings was delightful to deal with. Also the spa facilities were clean and good value for money however there were too many guests using at the same time.

Emplacement exceptionnel, chambres dispersées, la notre, 50, était super bien place, a moitié dans la grotte. Navette vers les parkings.

Le petit-déjeuner est triste, ni omelette ni oeufs brouillés, très peu de fruit, jus de fruit insipide, une misère

Conforto, bom café da manhã e localização ideal! Hotel charmoso! Cama e travesseiros muito bons!

O atendimento de algumas pessoas da portaria. Um rapaz e uma mulher foram rudes e sem paciência com as nossas perguntas!
