Maddy animation team was amazing to all our family same as the lady in the restaurant dressed in a black suit unfortunately this hotel needs alot of improvement in all areas the food is hit and miss and some staff need to learn our to treat people with respect and treat everyone fair and we struggled to get clean towels in our bungalow some days we was left none at all the beach was beautiful and the grounds are nice

If I could give this a 0 star then I would, management was awful, rooms dirty and outdated, didn’t get to even try the all inclusive food due to it being so busy there was never any food, constantly approached by sexually aggressive men which included the staff at hotel and other guests, I really wouldn’t bother, the only good thing was that the beach was nice

I do not recommend this hotel because it does not cope with the flow of customers because 200 people (algerians checked out and 400 people wanted to check in , the reception was a total chaos, I was there between 22-September 29, 2025 and it was a nightmarish holiday because I received a bungalow room where there were only the beds with the mattress, it was not the fridge, it was not the fridge old air conditioning that does not work, tv spoiled , we changed the room and waited for the maid to clean the room against tips of course.It rained in the evening and our room was flooded and the water from the ceiling flowed 2 days and near the bed we had water puddle.The beach and the sea was ok but on the beach a lot of dirt and the mattresses for sunbeds are paid daily 2 dinars but there were insufficient and loungers just as insufficient, they had 100 mattresses for 900 people who were accommodated in the hotel words say by the boy at the beach , it was already a business , with tips solve the problem , the bar at the beach and the pool were ok , local spirits but consumables.The main restaurant big that the surface but did not cope with the flow of customers entering the table you have to fight to manage to put food on your plate and the manager stood and looked at us it was all a fight for food , I made a complaint and received food in the evening at the al a carte restaurant but there you get only one dish that they decide and a salad, you get cake only old fruit.At noon we dine at the hotel restaurant at the beach but also there you get only a salad and a pizza, pasta, fish, mcnuggets with rice , no dessert. Tonight was a good show but ends with a fight between Algerians and Europeans that under my eyes and security did not intervene until too late.At the pool dirty water and full of Algerian boys who were screaming all the time.At night you can not rest because of them. Toilets at the reception, swimming pool and beach very dirty and without soap or toilet paper 7 days

Bad hotel due to procrastination, laziness, and taking money to give better rooms. Poor cleaning and bad management. Reception is always crowded and very slow. Few beach chairs available. No snacks provided. Restaurant has few seats and is dirty. Drinks are disgusting, and they serve tap water. Food is tasteless, full of spices with no flavor, and you have to wait a long time to get it. Swimming pool is dirty with sea sand, showing no cleaning, and the rooms are the same: broken and old fridge. Cleaning staff didn’t come to the room for 3 nights. … Very bad experience
