Hôtel sale (salle de bain non lavée à notre arrivée) notre porte de chambre ne marchait pas, tout le personnel était très lent pour répondre à une demande simple (accueil, bar) Attente de 25minutes pour avoir une part de pizza.

El Mouradi Club Kantaoui is without doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in wish I could give no stars. From the moment we arrived there was no proper welcome, no explanation about the hotel, where to go, or what to do — nothing to make guests feel comfortable. Within the first 24 hours, I had to change rooms four times because every single one was filthy or broken — dirty bathtubs, broken curtains, lights that didn’t work, and even ants crawling around the toilet and bathtub. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.As well as bedding left stripped for hours. The staff were rude, dismissive, and made no effort to communicate properly. Something as simple as asking for extra towels turned into a nightmare — they didn’t even keep enough towels for guests, which is ridiculous and the first time I’ve ever heard of a hotel running out. At meal times, they never once asked if guests had allergies or dietary requirements — shocking and dangerous for anyone with health conditions. On Love Holidays, this hotel was never described as a “local” hotel, but in reality it was full of groups of Algerian men who stared constantly and left the place dirty. The whole environment felt uncomfortable and unsafe. The buffet was beyond a joke — messy, overcrowded, and unhygienic. Guests were literally grown men fighting over chicken nuggets and cake, people pushing and shoving to get food, and tables left filthy. Drinks were watered down and awful. The spa experience was just as bad — the masseuse coughed directly in my friend’s face, had long dirty nails, and instead of creating a calm atmosphere, she was chatting to other staff members during the massage. My friend was left feeling uncomfortable, disrespected, and not relaxed at all. It was unprofessional and unhygienic from start to finish. This hotel is run-down, dirty, unsafe, and falsely advertised. There is no standard of cleanliness, no proper communication from staff, and no care for guests. The only good thing about this holiday was when it ended and I finally came back home. ⚠️ IF YOU SEE THIS HOTEL ON LOVE HOLIDAYS WEBSITE, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK. It is a massive regret and a complete waste of money

When entering the hotel in the lobby was very dated. We arrived at around 11.30, and didn’t receive our keys till 4.30. The procedure for getting your keys is a free for all. There is no stucture no queueing. Then you have to pay the tax before they will hand keys over. We then went to find our bungalow with no information about the hotel or map to were the bungalow is situated. We noticed the grounds, were not clean, the floors were filthy. When entering the bungalow we notice the floors hadn’t been cleaned. The beds were not neatly made, and smelt of wee. it was very dated. The bathroom the ceiling was coming away. This I thought was quite dangerous. The room was cleaned only once while we was there. The towels were only changed once and the toilet roll. We had to ask every day for them to be replaced. We actually had the towels for 3 days on one occasion, as they did not replace them. Even though we asked in reception what there procedure was. We was quote that the room are cleaned everyday. This was not the case on our trip. The food hall was a shambles and unhygienic due to guests using their hands to pick food up. Tables were not cleared, and when they was eventually cleared were not washed. It was like a cattle market no structure. We only ate in there once on our first night. Then ate out for 8 days. The Hard Rock Cafe was a god send and the port at l’oliver. The food at the beach is ok, but u do have to wait awhile. The area is quite busy, and staff run of there feet. We noticed a German guest actually helping to serve, dish up and clear tables . Bless her. Women travelling alone or young groups of girl be careful. Also on our first night, we stopped a young Drunk English girl being surrounded by 5 men. My gut instinct told me to wait around, as I see one or them follow her to her bungalow. Then when she entered he watched her through the window. When she came back out. She fell on the grass. They surrounded her. So we returned her back to her family. The area is not well lite . If this hotel has been inspected by any agents recently. I completely believe this hotel is an abomination. It should be closed. There has been no money spent on this hotel in years. Rooms were very outdated nothing like advertised. Checking in was an absolute pain had to email them and all sorts. Repeatedly ignored by staff. Drinker were served in tiny children’s plastic cups. We had ants all over beds and clothes the noise on a night was unbelievable. Regularly ran out of plates, forks and glasses and drinks while you was eating. Food was often under cooked and same thing everyday. Staff made no attempt to stop guests from pushing and fighting for plates, tables was never cleared and cleaned. Most of sunbeds where broken wouldn’t stay again there is no way it’s a 4 star as advertised

Run down and broken facilities, pushing and chaotic meal times, rude staff, rude arrogant locals who use the hotel, litter everywhere, lovely beach but also litter everywhere, small useless drink cups so you had to keep going up to the bar, no relaxing with a drink. I do not recommend Tunisia or this hotel at all unless you dont mind living like a prisoner in prison facilities.
