The facility was newly renovated, very clean. I loved the pool and beach access. It was wonderful that they had beach umbrellas and chairs available for rental for the duration of your stay! It was very quiet and a great place to stay.

The rooms were way too small for 4 people. We had 2 double beds, enough for 4 people to sleep, but to maneuver around in the room was crazy with the luggage and belongings in the room too! It was very clean thankfully and with the beaches nearby, we only used the room to sleep anyway! It was a short but nice stay!

I couldn’t sleep at all. My goal was to have a good night’s sleep at a beachfront hotel so I could wake up early and enjoy the beach the next morning. Instead, there was loud music playing all day long, nonstop. People were yelling, partying, drinking… Some guests even brought a speaker to the pool, and the pool is directly in front of all the rooms. If you’re looking for a party vibe or don’t mind noise and chaos from other groups, then this might be the perfect place for you. But if you’re hoping for a peaceful beachfront stay to relax, rest, or even just get a few hours of sleep, this is definitely not the place for you. There’s absolutely no supervision or control from the hotel regarding any of this.

"Disappointed by Customer Service – Not Worth the Price"

I’m really disappointed with this hotel. We paid $245 for one night, and honestly, the experience was not worth it. The location is great — grocery stores and restaurants are nearby, and the beach is right there. But what ruined it for us was the customer service. It was awful. The staff just didn’t care and had a really bad attitude. We arrived at 12:30pm, and the first thing the front desk guy said was, “Check-in is at 3pm,” without even saying hello. I know check-in is at 3, but I was just coming in to ask if we could leave our things and go to the beach while we waited. That’s not the way to welcome guests. Then we realized our room was across the street, not in the beachfront building. We asked if we could be moved, and he said no, just because we booked through a third party. I told him I’d call Booking.com, and he said it had to be approved by them. It felt like he didn’t want to help at all. Eventually, front desk told us it would be $100 extra to switch, so we stayed where we were. He also told us the elevator didn’t work and there was no overnight staff in that building. Honestly, the lack of care and effort was the most frustrating part. We came all the way from North Carolina and were excited to enjoy our first time here, but it was off to a bad start. To make things worse, the next morning at 10:30am, we asked the manager, Karrie, if we could check out a bit later. Her attitude was even worse than the guy from the day before. No hello, no smile — she looked annoyed that we were even asking. She said, “No late check-out. You have to be out by 11 or you’ll be asked to leave.” I asked if we could at least stay on the property for a little while, and she said no. No explanation, no options — just no. I get that hotels have policies, but there’s a way to talk to people. Be kind. Be professional. If you’re the manager, lead by example. We were actually planning to come back in August with family and book around four rooms. But after this, we’ve changed our minds. This place may not be a luxury resort, but you should at least care about your guests. We’re spending our time and money here, and we deserve respect. We won’t be back.
