As always it’s like going to your friends house, from the welcoming smiles at security to the your warm welcome at reception, you know you’re in for a great time. Animation make sure there is plenty going on throughout the day for all the family. Food is fab, wide range to suit all tastes. Looking forward to my next visit. Xx

Starting from the main entrance the security was rude by asking this question : where are you going!?? , then the receptionist is not well trained he doesn't know how to find my reservation and then the bellboy was doing things awaiting for tips and when we are going to the room he did not even say one word only joking with colleagues like the housekeeper who let us wainting the lift and he gave to himself the priority to go first and during the checkout no one asked us about our experience , so shame

The service was excellent and I would recommend this hotel highly.

One of the worst place that I have visited in my life , too old building, everything's insight is very old, this a 3 stars hotel, even 3 are a lot, I have visited many 3 stars in NorthAmerica and all of them were ten time better than this hotel. Guys don'the throughout your mony.

Good hotel for the price. Above the standards of Tunisian hotels in the surrounding areas. The security guy did not let me in before showing a copy of confirmed reservation! I never seen this anywhere else in the world!

Loved my stay - security excellent. Food was really good. Reception staff very helpful. The staff were all very professional in their dress and demeanour. Highly recommend.

Friendly staffs nothing was too much for them to do for me. Great view to the swimming pool with personal balcony but it's a shame it wasn't by the beach. The carpet and the bathtub need updating but overall a good size room very nice. Also night entertainment and nice decor. Well equipped with gym, sauna and massage etc.
