There was long hair on the bed and on the bathroom floor. Bathroom very old. Needs a revamp. When booking accommodation it doesn't state it's $30 for a carpark.

Shower area needs a good scrub and tiles/grout replacing. Power outlet in bathroom didn't work.
NZLoved the location, as close to Spark Arena where we were going to a concert. Rooms spacious and bed super comfortable.
Only disappointment was that I had rung and booked a table at the hotel restaurant for dinner before our show, several days before. There was no record of my booking and staff basically told me that I hadn't booked. There was only one male staff member who appeared to be trying to manage the bar and restaurant. I found this surprising on a night when there was a show at Spark! We were told that he could possibly organize some bar snacks but it would take around 20-30mins. We accepted this. We were not shown to a table so just chose one, note, there was only one other table occupied. We weren't offered water and no-one came to take any orders. After 10 minutes, we decided to leave. This was a real shame as the rest of our stay was great.
