Please note that there is a 2% transaction fee when you pay with a credit card or a Visa or MasterCard debit card. There is no surcharge for payments made with EFTPOS or cash. A valid credit card must be presented on arrival, and be in the same name as the guests's name on the booking confirmation. For all pre-paid bookings, the credit card used to facilitate payment must also be presented on arrival. Please note, Copthorne Hotel Auckland City requires a NZD$50 per night credit card pre-authorization, or a NZD$50 cash deposit upon check in to cover any incidental charges. This deposit will be refunded upon check-out minus any applicable charges. The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price at the time of booking.
