Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort

The staff is rude. Unwilling to resolve issues. You're not allowed to get two towels per person at the pool. However, they make you sign saying you're going to pay $25 per towel that's not returned. They will only give you one. We waited four and a half hours for our room before we canceled our reservation and left. Never got our room. Never got to towels. Check in is at 4:00. They were cleaning the room at 9:00 a.m. we offered to pay more for early arrival. Everything we asked for was a NO. Asked for a manager and they said call customer service. Needless to say we left and did not stay there. Got right into Sonora Sun. Had four towels waiting in our room for us. I do not recommend staying at Las Palomas ever. We will never go back.

Relaxing area, beach front condominium with beautiful view to the pools and beach, few mins away from restaurants and Malecon, needs more food options, internet work great allow me to work fine.

Loved the atmosphere of Las Palomas, great access to the beach and all the pools of the different phases. There could be better options for breakfast, other than that we loved our stay.

Husband and I had a wonderful stay here. Room on the 1st floor walked right out to pool and beach. There was a bit of construction going on but was fixed before we left. They were fixing some stairs. Always had open beach chairs with shade. We stayed in section 2 and they had many kids at pool so we just went to section 1. It was a great week and had man wonderful memories. Felt safe and the bbq area was a plus as we got fresh shrimp and grilled ourselves one night. Had all the supplies we needed. Luckily I brought beach towels, they came in handy. The washer and dryer was a plus as well. If you’re having second thoughts… don’t. You’ll have a wonderful safe time.
