Personnel was really attentive

Clean, safe, comfortable, fun and relaxing. Took 1 star off for complicated parking and one rude waiter but nothing major. Would stay again.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Pool stays open late until 10PM, so that was great! Town and non property restaurants are 10-15 minutes from the hotel. We only tried one restaurant and the food variety wasn’t great but they offer 20% discount for hotel guests and don’t forget to buy you PALOMA Bucks!!

Food was very expensive. The linens and towels in the property and swimming pool was very rough, I left complaint at the front desk . The drinks at the pool bar were very watery more ice than alcohol. Front desk didn’t have phone to communicate with the apartment’s communication was via WhatsApp

when we arrived the AC was not working in our unit, it was HOT & there was a horrible sewer smell. Also there was NO HOT WATER to shower our entire stay. Had to shower with cold water. Couldn't have our own cooler with water & ice for our kids & baby. You guys are excessive. Its not that serious. Will NEVER stay here again. You guys SUCK

This was a fantastic resort. The room was very spacious and clean. The room had an amazing view of the pools and beach. We were a family of three. The bed was very comfortable. My son slept in the pull out which was very comfortable as well. The lazy river was awesome. Just bring your own floaters. The staff was super friendly and attentive. There’s a restaurant in the property which we did not eat at but we did order food from the pool area bar. Decent selection and very tasty. Would highly recommend !

The service in the restaurants are a hit or miss type of situation. The beds were comfortable and the rooms are ample space . Internet is good. The common areas need a bit of more attention, especially in the cleaning. Straws on the ground or pool was gross. Beer cans scatter around the pools and or pool chairs was also gross.
