Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort

Overall very relaxing stay. Check in is a lottle slow and a times confusing. Check in agent had trouble on reservation. Got resolved but check in was longer than expected

California vacationers: Everything you want in a high end resort without a huge price tag. This was my first trip to Penasco and I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to book a trip. Beautiful views of the sea of Cortez. Nice clean property very well kept. Rooms have ice cold a/c are cleaned daily with full kitchen and all the amenities of a condo . One thing is no tv at the pool bar to watch football but other than that I couldn’t find anything wrong with this property

Great Resort!..has everything you want!

F1002 Check in took about an hour with 1 front desk employee on Labor Day weekend. I was very disappointed about the express check in you guys offer, it seemed like a waste of time. Everything I did online I had to do again in person. Water pressure in my shower was awful and cold and the matter was brought up to the front desk, someone was sent to the room to fix, and was told the matter was resolved. Note that I stayed at your resort many times in the past including the penthouse, so I think I know what your water pressure would be. My issue was not resolved. On top of that the bed was broken, even turn you made, was a loud noise, it didn’t matter how slow you turned it was just noisy. The front desk couldn’t do anything about the bed all they said that they could just add more cushion to it, I was in disbelief, I had never experience this treatment at your resort I was supposed to be relaxed, and this was a nightmare. Finally went to your customer service to see if that would be any better and you guys had a lady named Teresa She was no help if anything she had a bad attitude, and and the most I was done for me was I was moved from phase 2, to phase one which I was very mad about. The room I got was very outdated and very small compared to my room I had at the beginning. Went back down to talk to Teresa and after all that the most she can do is give me two free hours after checkout and I didn’t even use that because I had church. The too I was moved to was A206 I have lots of family that loves this resort, but after I shared this experience, I doubt they would want to take the chance and risk going through what I went through. I believe you guys need to do better job at accommodating your guest, I was supposed to be relaxing, and I spent most of my time in your lobby.
