Hotel Baie-Saint-Paul

I was greeted by a gentleman at the front desk, his name is Luc. If I could give Luc a six star I would, he was absolutely amazing with his hospitality and making me feel so welcome and comfortable. Thank you Luc!

The room was spotlessly clean and the restaurant had a surprisingly large and varied menu with very friendly staff. The check in was fast and efficient but the only minor disappointments were the lack of responsiveness to address the room telephone that was disabled and we were told they were waiting for parts and asked to use our cell phones to connect to the front desk. Also one of the day receptionists at the front desk could use a bit more tact in handling customer problems.The facility presents more like a motel than a hotel but on the whole delivers a good experience.

The hotel was comfortable with all the standard amenities, excellent breakfast option, close to anything in Baie du Saint-Paul. Reception was friendly and efficient. It was 2 floors so no elevators that we found. Has a main floor sitting area with a billiards table and informal bar.

Our favorite hotel when we go to Baie-St-Paul. We try and go every summer since 2019. Quality vs price value is great.

Très bien, très propre, très accueillant! C'est pas le grand luxe mais le prix en vaut pleinement la chandelle. C'est un peu incommode de se rendre à pied au centre-ville car il faut marcher sur une route passante sans trottoir, donc c'est préférable de s'y rendre en voiture même si c'est tout proche! On a été très bien accueillis et le lit était SUPER confortable!
