Hotel Baie-Saint-Paul

Great hotel, clean rooms. The only negative is thin walls!

Everything ok

Large room. Comfortable bed. Could have accommodated a family as it had communicating rooms.

The room was nice, but the bathroom was so old and dated. The tiles were dirty and we had to hold the handle on the toilet for a very long time so it would flush. I was afraid it would overflow. So this did not make out stay comfortable.

Large space in the room and quite convenient to visit the town and grab food nearby

Clean place and not too far from the little town. A walkable distance.

It’s a great alternative to the more expensive hotel, very friendly staff, very good breakfast. Room with patio door was great and we appreciated the gigantic bathtub. Needs better lighting though, it was quite dark.

Do mot take room 224-225 or 226 because there was a load elevator that make lots of noise. When I explain that to the staff, they almost laugh at me and said that the hotel can not stop running because I wanted rest. Noise was from 9h to 16h. The checkin agent was really rude with me and the manager did nothing to help. Really poor managing were the client has nothing to say.

Very nice and welcoming staff, reasonable conditions for the price we paid, frustrating parking system (we had to go all around the hotel in order to access our car AND secure the room doors), quite rooms (a rarity in North America!!!), next to a McDo and other food stores.

Great stay, close to everything! Very friendly staff!
