"Communication with housekeeping could have been better"

Convient location

Never anybody at desk most of the time. With 3 adults in the room we were only given enough supplies for 2. Had to ask for extra towels from maids daily.

"Very Happy !!"

I was in town for a funeral. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive caused by some older reviews. What I experienced was a very clean, quiet and inviting property. Breakfast was satisfying, staff was pleasant and friendly, my room was quiet, the pool and area around it was ready to be enjoyed. This location is close to numerous restaurants & a major retail store. The price, I considered, was very reasonable. Bottom line is that I enjoyed my stay here.

The location was OK. But the breakfast was cold and at 0730 in the morning there wasn't anything left and they still had 1hr left.

My room key kept locking us out. There wasn't any hot water. And they did not clean the room the next day or bring us fresh linen.

Always enjoy staying here. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I stay here every time I come to see family in Cleveland.
