El proceso de check out fue rápido.

Desde que llegamos, las sorpresas negativas fueron constantes. El hotel anuncia contar con estacionamiento, pero en realidad solo ofrece valet parking con costo adicional, algo que no está indicado en la publicación. La ubicación es pésima, en una zona con tráfico tan intenso que puede tomar 20 minutos avanzar apenas 50 metros; salir o llegar al hotel es un verdadero reto. El desayuno es limitado y no corresponde a lo promocionado. Además, aunque figura como un hotel de 5 estrellas, en mi experiencia no llega ni a 3. En resumen, no lo recomendaría.

"Perfect mix of comfort, service, and location for a business trip."

Stayed here on a business trip and couldn’t have asked for more. The staff were kind and welcoming, the room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, and the breakfast had plenty of variety. The location is excellent for business meetings in the Santa Fe area, and the hotel facilities are top-notch.

Nothing to complain about, I loved it all.
