La oferta del desayuno es muy buena, la comida es muy rica y tienen opciones tanto mexicanas como internacionales para todos los gustos, sin lugar a dudas el punto más fuerte del hotel, junto con que te guardan el equipaje de una manera muy amable si aún no tienes habitación o si ya hiciste check out.

Para ser una habitación premium se podría sentir que parece una habitación estándar en los detalles de la misma. En ciertos aspectos no parece ser un hotel 5 estrellas.

"Una Buena opción de Alojamiento"

El desayuno bufet muy bueno y muy completo, la atencion de los meseros muy amables. La ubicacion del hotel excelente lugar todo muy cerca de todo.

Solo que el colchón de la cama no es muy cómodo ya que están un poco duros y poco viejos ya. Yo anteriormente me hospedaba en ese hotel y el confort en sus camas era una adoración realmente por eso lo escogi. sin embargo las instalaciones del hotel muy buenas y la atención igual

"Ni regreso, ni recomiendo…NH SANTA FE"

Solo la ubicacion…

Es una pena que ya el ser NH no avale la calidad en sus instalaciones…voy a empezar por el baño: se empeñan en poner cristales en vez de paredes eso hace que no haya privacidad y moleste a los que estan durmiendo si prenden la luz al igual que mas frio en el baño, tienen problema severos con la presion del agua al igual que manteniendo el agua caliente. Las instalaciones aunque se ven aparentemente renovadas son viejas, habia solo un mesero en el restaurante para todos los comensales y no resurtian el buffet. Personal de recepcion bien, no extraordinario. No regresaria ni recomendaria este hotel.
