La ubicación y la cercanía con el aeropuerto y la ruta dedicada de autobús al estadio BBVA para el juego de Túnez vs Japón

El desayuno muy pobre, los horarios del shuttle sujetos a disponibilidad muy apretados, por la tarifa qué se pago quedo a deber, sin embargo cumplio el objetivo

"No es lo que esperaba"

Excelente que tengan servicio de transporte al aeropuerto, y salio puntual,

el servicio de front desk, la chika muy lenta, y una vez que nos formamos, (habiamos muchos esperando) hasta que llegamos con ella, nos dijo que tenia gente desde la manana, que ellos primero, cuando pues todos reservamos por igual & nos formamos como ibamos llegando, aunado a eso, en lugar de ir adelantando el llenado de info, se espero a las 3 en punto para comenzar & tardamos en hacer check-in mas de 1 hora.
