Sheraton Shenzhen Futian Hotel

The overall experience was nice despite the fact that the staff at the gym was not very friendly. The gym was very hot and felt very stuffy even with the AC on. It took about 1.5 hours to check in so the hotel upgraded us for free, which was much appreciated. The other thing about the hotel was the weather in Shenzhen was very humid in May so the room felt very humid when you first put your in room key in the slot and whenever you return to the room. It took about 15 minutes for AC to kick in. I paid for Wifi but it was very slow. If you have a laptop, it would be even slower so I had to depend on my phone's Wifi. The rooms were not very sound proof. When I was walking in the hallway, I could hear TV from and water running in other rooms. The hallway did not have AC so it was very stuffy and hot. Also it took some time for elevator to arrive. I am giving it a 4 because of the convenience of the location. It's right in front of the metro central station. Also this is the first hotel that I stayed at in Shenzhen so I have nothing to compare it to.

Rooms are clean, tidy and comfort. The breakfast is great and delicious.

Came for exhibition tge hotel is very close to the exhibition center and very westren shopping mall, other then that it is outside of the city

the hotel is easy to find ，the front desk stuff are well-trained and polite the food is delicious and not very expensive the location is convenient to take public transportation such as subway and bus the only disadvantage is that the lift of the hotel is so slow~

It meets my expectation but a little bit far from my office.

Overall very nice. Super comfortable firm bed. Great bfast spread. I'd stay here again.

Location of the hotel was perfect for me, only 15 minutes to work and very close to the Hong Kong Boarder. Hallways a little to dark and gloomy for my taste but the rooms where large and had plenty of space. Taxi always readily available when you exit the lobby. Breakfast could use a little work not the best and the freshest at times. Overall pleased with the hotel service and rates at the time of stay. Was going to book another week if rates did not go up 2x.
