Sheraton Shenzhen Futian Hotel

I could hear the neighbor "entertaining" his guest into the early morning hours. Poor shower design leaked water across the bathroom floor. Pool / Gym facilities missing a sink. Weak Wifi. Fortunately, ATT Passport provides access to nearby stronger networks.

The hotel staff was a very nice and professional. They helped us with directions, food, and recommended additional scenic areas for the time frame which we had to explore the city.

The staff was very professional so we decided to stay an additional day.

The stay was quite good. The breakfast was fine but service was a bit lacking as to timeliness of check etc.

A quality hotel with great amenities. Excellent location within Futian district.

Beautiful hotel. But. My room had a mold smell. Which was not go at all. Killed the experience. But the property is located in the perfect spot and the room is big and lovely nice matress. But it had a mold smell which killed it for me.

In China most of people not follow the idea as people are waiting on the line that they just cut into it. So make sure you have time for most of things, waiting for Taxi, check in/out and any other.....

This hotel has gone down the tubes over the last year. Its not your the international Sheraton you would expects anymore. For the prices you pay Sheraton standard, you are basically getting the quality of a high end Chinese hotel. Very few staffing (outside the dining hall) have a decent command of English. Air conditioning inconsistent finding myself waking up in the middle of the night covered with sweat for the hot room. Pool and gym facilities rented out to a 3rd party who hires gangsters to make you purchase (From them) swim hats and other items before you are allowed to use the pool. Filthy and unclean pool with garbage and blood stains all around the pool. Exercise equipment limited to just 4-5 old dirty and filthy (bodily fluids .. Yuck!!). Complaint to the front desk manager who agreed, seemed to show his disappointment but offered nothing to change situation. Overall this would not be the hotel I would every go back to, and do not recommend to anyone at all. Shenzhen is full of other better hotels, if I had not prepaid with Hotels.com, I would have canceled my stay after the 1st night.
