Basic but ok

Last minute booking, a quick stop over for 1 night, communication only over phone but found helpful, only thing was a problem I got blocked in!! So had to rush not the hotels fault just in considerate drivers to be honest

Used this accommodation as a base to attend the R1 big weekend in Luton. Pricing was set to take advantage of this event, (fair enough), and it fulfilled the purpose well.

Given a text message with a code to the front door and my room door- No reception staff or any staff on site! Dirty carpets in hallways and up stairs- smelt horrible! In the room bed was fairly comfy that was the only good thing! Not that I managed to sleep at all! The lamp by the bed was filthy as was the TV and the kettle! Looks like they had only given the bathroom a quick clean and changed the sheets and nothing else. Extremely hot!!! I was on the 3rd floor with a sky light window I opened the window to get some air in and the traffic noise was horrendous. I’m not a light sleeper and it was so so so noisy! So much so I think I slept an hour if that. I have also been feeling itchy since I came home and I’m convinced it was something to do with the bed. I have never ever had this issue before. Lots of other guests shouting and screaming all evening and over night. So much so I did not feel safe in this hotel and would not recommend to anyone. I could not wait to leave. Even if you are using this just to sleep for the night before going to the airport DO NOT book it! Awful experience that I will never forget.

One of the worst places visited. Not even a hotel. More of an airbnb. As soon as entering you get a really bad smell throughout the halls and room. Bedsheets smelled and not cleaned properly. Carpets very dirty. Bad customer services when we attempted to checkout. Never again!

Very nice

Limited car parking ( squashed ) for only max 7 vehicles. Which for a hotel with around 18 rooms or more I felt this was inadequate. Otherwise, seems professionally managed with self entry, nice clean towels and room Pleanty of tea/coffee making supplies - Good _ and clean toilet/shower

Parking wars ! The hotel has about 8 useable parking spaces..get there early. Nobody replenished my coffee sachets and I had no Tea bags at all for 3 days. Wooden stick for stirring summed things up. Bathroom and bed clean..so not a bad stay. It was noisy, but that wasn’t the hotels fault. Overall..ok. I’d stay again if I could get it cheap..would be disappointed if I’d paid full price.

This property is not as advertised, unstaffed, no bar, no restaurant and at best one step above a travellers hostel. Hotel should not be advertised as it is on Hotels.com.
