Probably the best buffet breakfast I've ever had, the food was delicious!

Horrible deodorization in the room. Had to call room service to replace tissues, even though box was empty. Had to find a room service attendant to ask for fresh towels as room wasn’t made up by 12:30. Bugs EVERYWHERE in the bathroom. Spider in the shower. Dust all over vents. Mold in grout in shower. Bathroom fan didn’t work. Bar food shocking. Ordered calamari on the first night. Got 7 pieces for $22? Which looked frozen. Sunday night orders olives. They literally poured them out of a jar, ice cold. No herbs, no seasoning, not warmed. Had to ask for nuts with our cocktails. Everything seems like an effort. Tried to go to the spa on Sunday, full of children, was disgusting. Asked to use to the fire pit Sunday night and was told we were allowed due to random gusts of wind. Literally every reason I booked this hotel, was a let down. Will never stay here again and will tell people not to waste their money. Absolutely appalling.

Bad service

The restaurant was fantastic. Breakfast was very mediocre for a 5 star hotel. I don’t know how this hotel can possibly be rated 5 star. It lacks so much for a 5 star. 4 star at best.

No lifts to get to second floor. If you have heavy cases, it is difficult to carry them up flights of stairs. There is absolutely no storage in the king room. I mean no storage. No drawers etc to put any clothes and unpack. It didn’t worry us for 2 nights, but if you are staying longer, there needs to be better storage. There is no gym or sauna or steam room. This is lacking in a 5 star hotel. Pool is very small.
